7. Termination:
Either party may terminate the service agreement for cause with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
ARTELUNA LIMITED reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability:
ARTELUNA LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
ARTELUNA LIMITED reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
